What is up with this role playing stuff? Have you never heard of roleplaying, new found friend? You truely are missing out on a unique experience.
Roleplaying allows those mundane existances to expand into something one only dreams of. It allows someone to create a whole new persona, not defined by the every day structure of what we call Mortal Lives. For example, there are those that roleplay a human with magical abilities. Those that roleplay a vampire, a lycan, elf, mage, druid, faes etc etc. The seems to be no limit to this remarable world beyond a world.
Imagine yourself an author, and you have within the tip of your pen, the ability to create whole worlds, and characters from your imagination. Now imagine you writing the first paragraph in a book... And then someone else writing the next. And back and forth the two of you create a story not from one point of view, but two. A story that you control and yet hold no control over. Where the results are always unexpected because you never know what your partner is going to add to the story that may throw a twist into your plans.
Welcome to the world of roleplaying. Where fantasy meets reality. Or, for some, where they are free to be themselves without judgement.
If you wish to learn more on what exactly roleplaying is, do feel free to send me a private message and I will be delighted to break you into the wonderful world of mystery. An escape from reality, by every definition, my child.
