The question 'Vampire or Mortal' is such a loaded inquiry that I have found myself writing and making quite handy the 'backspace' button time and time again. What a splended button on the keyboard that one is! Alas, I have vowed nay to touch it for the remainder of this post for fear that I shall never find myself satisifed with what I have written.
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is insignificant, and what I am even more unimportant. My friends call me Pandie and thus that is the name I am most likely to respond to. Consider it a handy nickname. If you are called something so often, it in turn becomes somewhat of a name to oneself, does it not? So let us, for namesake purposes, establish that I am Pandie.
Now what am I? Why, I am just your average female, I assure you. I have two eyes of blue, a chubby and round nose, and a full mouth that never seems to know when to shut up. I have two hands, both equipped with ten fingers. A torso, belly button, and two feet, also equipped with ten toes. My hair is not beautiful and shiny. My figure is not striking, and my voice cannot lure men to my beds. I am short, which supports the illusion that I am but a woman trapped in a twelve year old's body and will forever appear younger then I truely am. A curse, when I was a teenager, and a blessing now.
When I enter a room, eyes are not drawn to me, the temperature does not change, and there are no supernatural light's that accompany my every move.
I eat. I breath. I blink, and the Goddess knows I sleep. Does this not make me your average being? I can talk. I can argue. I can think. That is really all one needs to know, nay?
Vampire or Mortal. Does it matter not? For both have their advantages and disadvantages. Both are entertaining in their own way. And both, history shows, are just as equally twisted. Equally challanging. Equally just.
Who am I? Just a girl.
